At White Rose Skin Clinic, we value your trust and are committed to providing professional, ethical and safe aesthetic treatments. These policies help ensure fairness, clarity and consistency for all clients, while allowing us to manage appointment times and medical products responsibly.

Appointments and Bookings

Appointments can be made online via our booking system or via our social media channels

We do not currently charge for consultations.

Certain treatments require a deposit to secure your booking (please see below).

 

Deposits

 

Botulinum Toxin (Anti-Wrinkle) Treatments

A £100 deposit is taken at your consultation appointment. This deposit is required as Botulinum toxin is a prescription-only medication, which means it is prescribed specifically for you and cannot be transferred to another client. The deposit is non-refundable.

 

Dermal Filler Treatments

A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking (or at your consultation) to secure your treatment appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.

 

Other Treatments

No deposit is required unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you have paid a deposit, you may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit.

If you have not paid a deposit, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made after these notice periods, or clients who fail to attend, will be recorded as a late cancellation or no-show.

 

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be marked as a no-show. No-shows will be required to pay a small deposit to secure any future bookings. Repeated missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings at the discretion of the clinic.

 

Refunds and Treatment Results

 

White Rose Skin Clinic does not offer refunds for aesthetic treatments once they have been carried out. All aesthetic procedures carry individual variation and hence results can differ between clients, depending on various factors such as age, lifestyle, skin type. No specific results can ever be guaranteed, and outcomes discussed during consultation are provided as estimates based on clinical experience. We always aim to achieve the best and safest possible outcome for every client, using high-quality products and evidence-based techniques.

Clients are offered a free review appointment following treatment to assess results, address any concerns, and make minor adjustments where appropriate.

We are available 24/7 for aftercare advice and support should any issues arise post-treatment.

 

Retail Products

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and retail products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased or collected from the clinic. Please ensure you have selected the correct products at the time of purchase.

 

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior contact may be treated as a missed appointment, and deposit terms will apply.

 

Policy Agreement

 

By booking an appointment with White Rose Skin Clinic, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy. We reserve the right to amend or update this policy at any time, with the latest version available on our website and in-clinic.
